ImageThe current Indoor and Outdoor World Record holder demonstrates his approach to rotational technique in the shotput. From back to front, the technique is broken down into phases where key concepts are revealed and illustrated. This video is a tremendous training tool providing many of Randy's actual competitive throws (74'11", 73'6", 72'4" plus many more) and training throws (79'2", 77'0" and more).

"It's my hope that this video will be a great resource for improving your rotational shotput technique. It's loaded with throws from training and competition. These throws are used as my primary examples of body position and movement as we discuss specific areas of technique."
